Jacob is a third generation dance instructor in a family of great dancers. HIs 36 years of dance training has come from many studios, classes, conventions, performances and simply living and breathing the dance studio life. He grew up in a world of dance where his grandparents, mother, aunt, uncle and Jacob all owned and operated dance studios. He was immersed in tap. ballet and jazz classes from the time that he could walk and later went onto add lyrical, hip hop, acrobatics, step dancing, aerial silks and hoop training. Jacob competed in dance competitions while also training and performing with a professional ballet school in his teens. Jacob has many performing acclamations to his name including a Mr StarPower World Championship award for tap. Jacob began teaching while attending Pacific Lutheran University.afterwards opening and selling two successful dance studios and now he teaches all over the Pacific Northwest. His strength as a teacher lies in his passion for understanding each student and giving them the attention they deserve. Whatever they want he can help them achieve it.
